These latches need to be held open simultaneously while the bench is pulled out. Seem impossible?
The trick is to phone a friend. It is certainly possible to do it by yourself, but especially if is your first time doing it, you won’t know how much force to apply and risk frustration. With a minimum of three hands, one person can hold the latches open while the other pulls the seat out of its mounts.
